If you are not logged in when you select the product in the product detail page and click on "Add to Shopping Bag" button, the login page will be shown. After logging in, please select the product again and click "Add to Shopping Bag".

《STEP2 Select products》
Please select the product you wish to purchase in the product listing page. After selecting the product, the product detail page will be displayed. When you click "Add to Shopping Bag" on that page, the login page will be displayed.
When the "PRE-ORDER" button is displayed, you can click it and proceed with the order process. Please pay in advance by credit card or by bank transfer with Pay-easy and the product will be prepared after the release date.

《STEP3 Add the product to wish list and restock notification》
If you wish to add a product into your favorites, click "Wishlist" button on the product detail page.
If you are waiting for a product to be restocked, click "Notify Me" button on the product detail page.
The products will be added to "Stock Notification" page at the bottom in your "My Account" page. As soon as the product is ready, we will contact you.

《STEP4 Enter your custom items》
Please check the details of the product which you selected and select the fit type and wrist size when you want a metal band model. In addition, you can select initial engraving option when selected products are available.

《STEP5 Check your shopping bag》
Please check your shopping bag.
If you would like to add more products, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the product list page. You can add other products to your shopping bag by clicking "Add to Shopping Bag" button on the product detail page. If you click the "x" button, the product will be removed.

《STEP6 Select shipping method》
Please select "Pick-up in Store" or "Deliver to the specified address" as shipping method.

《STEP7 Enter shipping address information》
If you have selected "Deliver to the specified address" as your shipping method, please enter your shipping address information.
If your shipping address has already been registered in your address book, please click "Address Book" link. You can select a shipping address from there and the shipping information will be entered automatically.

Credit cards or bank transfer with Pay-easy are acceptable for payment. Please fill out the required information. If the billing address/transfer person information is different from the shipping address, please fill in this point in "Special Instruction" at the bottom of the confirmation page.

If you need a "Receipt", please refer to "Receipts".
If you have any other requests or questions, like when you don't need a delivery note (in case you don't need a delivery note because it's a gift), please fill in this point in "Special Instruction" at the bottom of the confirmation page.

《STEP9 Final confirmation》
Confirm your order details, shipping method, shipping address, payment and billing information.
Please read "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy", then check in the checkbox to agree to them. Then, please click "PLACE ORDER" button.

《STEP 10: Your order is complete》
You have completed the order when the confirmation page titled "Thank you for your order" is displayed in your browser.
Please make sure your order number is displayed. You will also receive the "Order Confirmation" email when your order is complete.
This order number will be required when you need to contact us after your order is complete. Please print out this order confirmation page, "Order Confirmation" email or write down your order number.

If you wish to purchase without registering, please click "Checkout As Guest" button on the left side of the login screen. The shopping bag page will open with your selected products.
