If the total amount of a single order exceeds JPY 3,000,000 or an order includes any precious metal model, your order must be picked up at a store.

Limitations on Quantity to be Sold
The maximum number of the same product that can be purchased in a single order is 3 items. The maximum number of the same product that can be purchased in a single day is also 3 items.

Product Delivery Timeline

■ If the order will be delivered to a specified address
Delivery can only be made to addresses in Japan.
An order will be delivered in approximately 4 to 7 days after the order is placed.
If delivery date/time is specified, an order will be delivered on the delivery date/time.
Delivery to some remote islands will take an additional day.
Delivery may take longer than usual during certain periods such as the New Year’s holidays, Obon holidays, and Golden Week holidays. Please also note that there may be cases where delivery cannot be made on the designated date or time due to unavoidable circumstances including weather and traffic conditions.

Products requiring initial engraving or any other treatment will be shipped after the prescribed period of time. Therefore, user can not specify delivery date/time in this case.

■ If the order will be picked up at a store
When the product(s) are ready to be picked up, we will send a “Ready for Product Pick-Up Notification” to your email address.
We ask that you pick up the product at the store within 8 days after receiving this email.
Please contact us in advance if you will not be able to pick up the product within 8 days. (Contact information for each store)

Handling of Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Defective or Damaged products

■ Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact each store immediately. Click here for inquiries.

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. When contacting us, please provide your order number.

■ Returns, Exchanges, and Defective or Damaged products
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that there is any problem with the product, the wrong product is delivered, or a product was broken or damaged at the time of delivery, we will accept an exchange or return. We will pay for shipping on returned goods.
